All of New Zealand will move to the traffic light settings at 11:59pm on Thursday 2 December 2021.

All of New Zealand will move to the traffic light settings at 11:59pm on Thursday 2 December 2021. Auckland will move into Red. Traffic light settings for the rest of New Zealand will be confirmed on 29 November.

Wellington moving to Alert Level 2 at 6.00pm, 23 June - until 11.59pm Sunday, 27 June

The rest of New Zealand will remain at Alert level 1.

The announcement comes after a person who travelled from Sydney to Wellington tested positive for the virus upon their return.

The person was in Wellington from 19 June until 21 June.

In today's 1pm press conference, Covid-19 Response Minister Chris Hipkins says that includes the Wairarapa and the Kāpiti Coast.

"We just held a special meeting and out of an abundance of caution the Wellington region will move to alert level 2 from 6pm tonight and that will run through at this point until 11.59pm on Sunday," Hipkins says.

Auckland is at Alert Level 3 for 7 days. The rest of the country is at Alert Level 2.

Auckland is at Alert Level 3. The rest of New Zealand is at Alert Level 2. These Alert Levels came into effect from 6am on Sunday 28 February and will be in place for 7 days.

Our campus is closed and delivery will move online.

To ensure we keep everyone safe as we work through this situation our Seafield campus is closed and staff are required to work from home. Your tutor will be in contact with you in regards to online delivery.
