Stargazing at Auckland’s Magnificent Stardome
On Friday, Seafield School of English students Stella Kikawada and Ilia Palamarchuk and teachers Conor Candler and Nicola Smith visited Auckland’s Stardome Observatory & Planetarium.
The Stardome’s space centre and galleries provide an interactive and fascinating experience that connects visitors with the cosmos, teaching us how to identify the stars and planets in Auckland’s skies.
The Stardome is located at Cornwall Park which is an expansive, beautiful parkland and functioning farm of sheep and cows.
