What To Expect When You Arrive

Leaving home can be as difficult as it is exciting. Seafield understands your need for our support and assistance when you get here. We can’t wait for you to join us here and we wish you a very safe and comfortable flight.

Seafield School of English has a dedicated Student Support Team to assist students and advocate on their behalf. We want you to get the most out of your Seafield experience. From arranging accommodation to meeting you on your first day, our friendly and approachable Student Support team will make sure that you feel at home with Seafield.

Airport Pickups

You can book an airport pickup with us before coming to New Zealand. Please contact our Student Support team to arrange this. If you have booked your airport pick up with us, our representative will be at the airport arrival area holding your name board to welcome you. You will be dropped off at your chosen homestay or to the address where you have made accommodation arrangements. The pickup representative will wait for you up to 2 hours from the flight landing time. Please note there is free Wi-Fi access at the airport.

SIM Cards

You can get a free SIM card at Auckland Airport from any supplier (like Spark or 2Degrees) and you can buy a suitable plan to suit your needs.

Campus Arrival

You need to come to the campus on the start date of your course as mentioned on your Final Offer of Placement.

Please bring your passport, visa and insurance documents. If you have arrived early please come in to say hello to us and we can start off your enrolment formalities. It will typically take up to one week to get your student ID card after your enrolment formalities are completed.
